Mettler ships goods purchased online worldwide. Dispatch takes place once payment has been fully received. Please kindly note that delivery takes place at the recipient’s risk.

DELIVERY COSTS AND MINIMUM ORDERS

Switzerland: CHF 9.80.- No delivery costs will be charged to orders over CHF 99.-

Europe: CHF 34.- No delivery costs will be charged to orders over CHF 250.-

Canada/USA: CHF 44.- No delivery costs will be charged to orders over CHF 250.-

Oceania: CHF 53.- No delivery costs will be charged to orders over CHF 250.-

Asia: CHF 53.- No delivery costs will be charged to orders over CHF 250.-

Africa: CHF 53.- No delivery costs will be charged to orders over CHF 250.-

DELIVERY PERIOD

Unless order confirmation states otherwise, delivery will take place within 5 – 20 working days (depending on the country) once payment has been received. In case delivery fails to reach the purchaser within 5 – 20 working days, the purchaser may withdraw from the agreement. Withdrawal is valid with a registered letter. Otherwise, all claims asserted by the purchaser regarding late delivery or withdrawal claims are strictly waived.

PRICES

All prices stated on the official Mettler1929 Online Shop are subject to change without notice at any time. Should there be changes during an order processing because of increased costs, additional fiscal encumbrances, increased customs duties or severe currency fluctuations, then Mettler1929 reserves the right to adjust the respective prices.

VAT

The stated prices include statutory value-added tax in Switzerland.

CUSTOM FEES

For all deliveries outside Switzerland, customs duties and local taxes are payable by the buyer.
