Return policy

Incorrect delivery, quantity deviations and recognizable shortcomings or damages must be reported to METTLER in writing immediately and no later than 5 working days after delivery.

Notification of hidden defects may be submitted in writing up to a maximum of 6 months after delivery. Return deliveries will only be accepted by prior arrangement, with all accessories and with a copy of the invoice.

The purchaser is responsible for suitable transportation and for delivery costs. METTLER is free to decide if a defective delivery should be repaired or fully or partly replaced. All other warranty rights are expressly waived. METTLER excludes any liability for direct or indirect damages.
